Tavleen Kamboj is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She provides community-based physiotherapy services to individuals in private homes, retirement homes, long-term care settings, assisted living residences, and other community environments.

Tavleen has experience working with older adults and individuals with complex mobility, balance, neurological, orthopedic, and functional needs. Her approach focuses on providing personalized rehabilitation and care that supports each patient’s comfort, safety, independence, and quality of life.

We are committed to providing transparent, professional, and personalized physiotherapy services. Fees vary depending on the type and duration of the service provided.

*PTA services are provided under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Physiotherapist, where clinically appropriate.

Insurance & Billing

Extended Health Insurance

If you have extended health benefits, a detailed receipt will be provided following your appointment. You may submit this receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement in accordance with your individual plan coverage.

Please note that reimbursement is subject to your insurance policy's terms and conditions.

Physician Referral

A physician's referral is not required to book an appointment. However, some extended health insurance plans may require a referral for reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurance provider before your appointment.

Travel & Service Area

Our fees include travel within our primary service area, including Kingston and nearby communities. Appointments outside our regular service area may be subject to an additional travel fee. Any applicable travel charges will be discussed and confirmed with you before your appointment is scheduled.
